Jeremiah 29:11 (New International Version)

¹¹ For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

No matter where you are in life, no matter what your circumstances may be, always know remember this verse.

When u think there's no where else to turn, know that our mighty God is there with you and that he has a plan for you for you are his child and he will never forsake you. He has many plans to prosper you and he will never harm you. He will never put you through something which u cannot survive. So when you're going through a rough patch, know that this has happened according to his orders and forever praise him, even if you do not feel like it.

Someday, you will look back and be awed by his planning and mercy, his mercy which carried you through the roughest of storms.
